If you send HPIN an enquiry, we collect information about you to process your enquiry. Using that information, we will either email or phone you.

HPIN will not share your information with anyone else.

We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.

How long is the information kept?

We retain enquiries on our website database for a period of 6 months, once that period is passed the record is deleted from our database.
